Stephen is the Owner and Managing Director of Shepherd’s Sphere Pte Ltd, a company specializing in Management Training and Consulting. Earning a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Malaya, Stephen continued on to earn a Masters in Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
With 27 years of experience in leadership positions, Stephen’s intrinsic entrepreneurial drive led him to found his company in 1998. For the past 13 years, Stephen has provided consulting and coaching services to corporate and government entities. Highly regarded in the industry, Stephen infuses his customized trainings with exclusive insight and innovative solutions to help each company achieve its goals.
Stephen is affiliated with the Institute of Adult Learning Grass Root Organization. On his free time, Stephen enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time with family.
